With over 15 years of experience, she drives large-scale QA transformations, automation-first strategies, and Agile/DevOps adoption, enabling faster, more reliable delivery across 80+ interconnected systems.

She is recognized for her innovations in test engineering, including cognitive testing, AI/ML-driven quality practices, and zero-touch automation. Her contributions have won multiple industry awards, including Testing Tool of the Year 2019. A passionate advocate for diversity in tech, she co-leads Lumina, a women-in-leadership program that advances female representation in technical and leadership roles.

Parish Sharma

Director – Testing Practices & Products Quality

Parish is a seasoned Quality Assurance & Engineering leader with around 18 years of experience around the globe working with both Fortune 500 companies and the start up ecosystem.

Currently he leads the Testing Practices at Lentra. Before Lentra- he has been in leadership roles at Diebold Nixdorf, HSBC, Fiserv and Capgemini. A proponent of Shift Left, Automation First and Healthy Human System at the organizations.

Raghusrikanth Thotakura

Director of Software Engineering

Bio: Technology leader with 17+ years of experience in software engineering, currently serving as Director of Software Engineering and Site Lead for Pearson India’s PPG group. I lead multiple full-stack product engineering teams from concept to delivery, building scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS solutions that improve customer outcomes. I am currently driving Generative AI initiatives, including AI Agent architectures and RAG-based POCs, to accelerate innovation and enhance user experience.

Driving modern Quality Engineering at scale with a focus on building resilient, outcome-oriented delivery ecosystems. Head of Quality Engineering

Nikhil Bhandari is a Quality Engineering leader with more than two decades of experience driving technical excellence, software quality, and automation strategy across global enterprises. He currently serves as Head of Quality Engineering at Moniepoint Group. Prior to this, he led QE teams within Tesco’s Enabling Functions portfolio, steering critical digital transformation initiatives. His career also includes key engineering and leadership roles at industry-leading organizations, including Intuit, Visa, TiVo, Oracle, and Prudential Inc.

An expert in test automation architecture, Nikhil has a proven track record of designing scalable, enterprise-grade frameworks across web, mobile, and desktop applications. He is a strong advocate for open-source testing solutions and modernizing software lifecycles to bridge the gap between engineering and quality.

As a recognized thought leader and international conference speaker, Nikhil regularly shares insights on automation architecture, code quality, and the evolution of Quality Engineering. He holds a degree in Engineering and remains deeply committed to mentoring emerging QA professionals and advancing the craft of software testing.

Dr Renu Rajani

Dr. Renu Rajani is a seasoned technology leader and strategist with over three decades of global experience spanning banking, financial services, consulting, and digital transformation. She has held senior leadership roles including Director – Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure at Deutsche Bank, where she drove large‑scale modernization initiatives across mission‑critical systems, and Vice President at Bank of America, overseeing external cloud engineering, governance, and operations for one of the world’s largest financial institutions.

Her expertise covers cloud transformation, AI/ML adoption, and climate risk governance. She has successfully led enterprise programs embedding resilience, scalability, and sustainability into technology platforms, ensuring organizations remain future‑ready in an era of rapid disruption.Beyond her corporate leadership, Dr. Rajani is a visible role model for women in technology.
